What a habit tracker for high performers actually needs
Three things. First: pattern detection across life domains, not isolated check-ins. If your training drops after three nights of poor sleep, the system should see that and adjust. Second: a way to capture nuance, not just yes or no. A meditation that lasted three minutes because you got interrupted is not the same as one you skipped on principle. Third: the system should hold you, not shame you. The goal is signal, not streak protection.
