14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of your first purchase. During this period, you may request a full refund for any reason, no questions asked. This applies to all subscription tiers.
Pro Monthly (€14.99/month)
The 14-day cooling-off period applies to your first payment. If you request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, you receive a full refund.
After the 14-day period, no refunds are issued for the current billing cycle. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, you retain access until then.
Pro Annual (€119/year)
The 14-day cooling-off period applies from the date of purchase. Within 14 days, you receive a full refund.
After the 14-day period, if you cancel your annual plan, you are eligible for a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused full months on your subscription. For example, if you cancel after 4 months, you receive a refund for the remaining 8 months. Partial months are not refunded.
Founders Tier (€7.99/month)
The Founders tier is a lifetime locked rate available to the first 50 users. The 14-day cooling-off period applies to your first payment.
After the 14-day period, no refunds are issued for past billing cycles. The Founders rate is already significantly discounted as a lifetime deal, and this is clearly communicated at the time of purchase. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges, but the Founders rate cannot be reclaimed once cancelled.
Pause Instead of Cancel
Before cancelling, consider pausing your subscription. You can pause for 1 to 3 months. During a pause, no charges apply and all your data is preserved. This is available for all paid tiers, including Founders (your lifetime rate is preserved during a pause).
How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund through two methods:
- Email: Send your request to refund@vaen.cc with your account email and reason for the request.
- Stripe Customer Portal: Manage your subscription and request refunds directly through the Stripe-hosted customer portal, accessible from your account settings.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
