Why most self-improvement apps fail ADHD users
They assume a steady-state user. They assume you will check in daily, build streaks, configure dashboards, set goals on Sunday and review them on Friday. ADHD does not work like that. Some weeks you operate at peak. Some weeks you cannot find your phone. Apps that punish inconsistency punish you for being neurodivergent. The streak shame loop becomes another reason to abandon the tool.
